The Kaiser Noblesse 13"x9" Springform is great for all your recipes using a 13"x9" cake pan with the added benefit of our removable side wall. Great for cheesecakes, brownies and other baked goods. The springform is made with commercial weight steel providing even and gentle heat distribution for consistent browning and baking. The 2 layer nonstick coating on interior and exterior eliminates the need for flouring, resulting in baked goods with a smooth crumb crust. It allows for quick and easy release. Made in Germany.
