A springform is the perfect choice for cakes, breads, tortes and cheesecakes that might otherwise be difficult to remove from pans. Brush a thin layer of butter or oil inside the pan prior to each use. The butter guarantees perfect release and promotes a smooth, tightly sealed crust, even browning and good flavor. No need to line the pan with parchment paper or dust the pan with flour, this can produce an unattractive white crust. Any utensils, including sharp knives, can be used in the pan without damaging the surface. The La Forme Mini-Springform Pan has received the Cooking Club of America Kitchen Tested Seal of Approval.
